Job Description
The Director of Inside Sales is responsible for leading and managing the inside sales team, driving sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets for specific product lines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in product sales
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management
  • Strong business acumen including P&L understanding
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Performance driven and data oriented
  • Highly organized
  • Effective time-management
  • Strong PC skills and proficient analytical capabilities
  • Big picture focus yet comfortable with details
  • Aptitude for strategic and sales planning
  • Experience in employee training, development, and performance management
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Aptitude for business development and project management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
