Role OverviewThe Director of Instrumental Operations provides day-to-day support to the faculty, staff, and students within the Instrumental Studies department. This includes coordinating financial transactions, contracts, travel, and purchasing activities.

Responsibilities include processing payments, preparing and routing Professional Services Agreements, coordinating travel and lodging arrangements, monitoring departmental budgets, and ensuring timely submission of contract documentation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 4 years of student/administrative experience in a higher ed setting
