Role OverviewThe Director of Insurance Services is a strategic leader and active producer who will shape the future of OCCU's insurance program while helping the team deliver strong, sustainable results. This leader will identify business opportunities, develop and execute growth initiatives, strengthen carrier and partner relationships, and continuously improve the products and service experience available to OCCU members.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing insurance agents and processors, contributing as a producer, developing insurance strategies, identifying opportunities to grow OCCU's Personal Lines and Commercial Lines business, and evaluating and improving insurance products and services.

Requirements
- An active Oregon Property and Casualty License
- A bachelor's degree or a proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes
- An equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered
