Director of International Benefits

The Director of International Benefits will lead the design, development, and execution of Sandisk's international benefits strategy. This role is a key member of the Total Rewards leadership team, responsible for delivering competitive, scalable, and compliant benefits programs across all regions outside of the United States, with a strong emphasis on APAC markets. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in global benefits strategy and administration at scale, with deep expertise across health and welfare, retirement, leave of absence, wellbeing, governance, and compliance.

What You Will Do

The Director of International Benefits will define and lead the international benefits strategy, drive the design, implementation, and optimization of benefits programs, and provide strategic guidance to regional Total Rewards leaders and HR partners. The role will also involve scaling and streamlining global benefits operations, establishing and monitoring key performance metrics, and partnering with external brokers, consultants, insurers, and legal counsel to ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements.
