Job Description
We’re hiring a Director of IT to lead Hilltop’s technology operations, end-user support, vendor partnerships, and cybersecurity across programs and locations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of IT leadership experience, including supervising staff
  • Experience supporting a diverse user base across multiple departments/facilities
  • Strong communication skills; able to explain technical topics clearly and calmly
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, or related field preferred—or equivalent experience that shows advanced technical and leadership capability
  • Valid Colorado driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle
