Requirements

- Demonstrated expertise in land acquisition, negotiation, market analysis, and relationship management
- Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and manage complex projects
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software
