Role OverviewThe Director of Leagues is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effective operation of League processes, systems, and resources. This role requires a leader who can manage league operations, establish logistics, secure facilities, and foster a Christ-centered environment that promotes spiritual growth alongside athletic excellence.
What You Will Do
The Director of Leagues will oversee League Operations, create a League calendar, train coaches, supervise try-outs, practices, and games, provide quality parent communication and ministry, market the League well, and address and resolve conflicts as needed.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
