Role OverviewThe Director of LMU will oversee daily HSA operations, liaise with ITS to support system enhancements, and establish and manage daily and weekly production targets. They will provide direct supervision, guidance, and operational directions to supervisory staff, implement performance monitoring processes, and deliver effective coaching and corrective action. They will also represent LMU in cross-divisional meetings and lead reviews of recurring errors.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Director of LMU include overseeing daily HSA operations, troubleshooting operational issues, improving functionality, and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. They will also provide direct supervision, guidance, and operational directions to supervisory staff, and represent LMU in cross-divisional meetings.

Requirements
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university
- Four years of progressively responsible experience, including one year at the administrative or managerial level in a large governmental agency, business firm, civic or community organization operating in the area of social services
- One year of experience at the administrative or management level as described above
