Role OverviewThis position is responsible for the repair and production of aircraft components for a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 145 Repair Station's operational departments. The Director of Maintenance works with internal company departments to ensure aircraft components meet FAA regulations, are airworthy, cost-effective, and adhere to internal control policies.
What You Will Do
Supervise subordinate departmental personnel, procure materials and equipment, ensure shop equipment and tools are in proper working condition, and enforce policies and procedures.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- FAA Airframe and Power Plant or Airframe License
- Familiarity with aviation industry, aircraft knowledge, and technical documents
- Minimum three (3) years' experience as a shop manager in an FAA Part 145 Repair Station performing the work which they will be directing
