Role OverviewWe are looking for a Director of Maintenance to join our team! The position offers a clean environment with all necessary supplies, comfortable staffing ratios, and a fun and friendly work atmosphere. The Director of Maintenance will be responsible for carrying out work assignments, completing painting projects, performing routine plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work, and conducting daily tours of the facility.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities of the Director of Maintenance include carrying out work assignments, completing painting projects, performing routine plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work, and conducting daily tours of the facility. The Director will also be responsible for maintaining confidentiality of resident records and respecting resident rights when performing maintenance work.
