Role OverviewJoin our community as a Director of Maintenance to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Maintenance Department. You will be responsible for ensuring the facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner, adhering to federal, state, and local standards. You will be a team builder, driven, and excited about caring for our residents.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement a preventative maintenance plan, establish an equipment and utilities management program, hire and train maintenance technicians, participate in safety inspections, and perform routine maintenance and repairs.

Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Secondary degree from an accredited vocational or technical school (preferred)
- Three years' experience in a supervisory capacity in a maintenance/plant related position
- Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
