What You Will Do
The Director of Maintenance will schedule repair and maintenance of machines, tools, and equipment, direct and participate in maintenance activities, develop preventive maintenance programs, and prepare department budgets.

Requirements
- Graduation from an appropriate technical/trade school
- Five years experience in building maintenance
- One year of supervisory experience is preferred
