Job Description
The company is seeking a Director of Maintenance & Reliability to lead maintenance operations at a food manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in industrial maintenance and 3+ years of leadership experience. The role requires strong technical skills and experience in CMMS, PM/PdM, capital project execution, and food safety standards.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in industrial maintenance within food manufacturing or similar regulated industry
3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and/or supervisors in a 24/7 environment
Engineering degree or strong technical education preferred
Strong hands-on experience with: CMMS ownership and optimization, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) leadership, Capital project execution
Working knowledge of: Mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC systems, PLC/HMI/SCADA environments
Proven success improving: Reliability metrics (MTBF, MTTR), Maintenance planning & scheduling
Strong understanding of: GMP / SQF / food safety standards, OSHA, LOTO, and electrical safety (NFPA/NEC)
