Role OverviewThe Director of Manufacturing and New Product Development directs all manufacturing operations through a team of functional managers and supervisors. Ensures increasing levels of customer and employee satisfaction while improving the efficiency of manpower, materials, and machines. Responsible for 60+ employees (multi-shifts).
What You Will Do
Coordinates production, quality assurance, engineering, maintenance, and new product development activities. Develops and implements plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees. Reviews production costs and product quality.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred

- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
