Job Description
Onsite Director of Manufacturing Operations for a growing manufacturing organization in Charlotte, NC. Lead production at a single-site facility, manage performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
Requirements
10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
Background in CPG, pharmaceutical compounding, nutraceutical, food, beverage, or regulated manufacturing
Proven experience running manufacturing operations or a full facility
Strong understanding of GMP-compliant environments
Experience with FDA inspections, batch records, and batch release
Hands-on leadership style; comfortable being on-site daily
Comfort operating in a startup or early-stage environment
Bachelor's degree preferred — Engineering, Operations, or related
