Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Director of Manufacturing Operations to lead production at our Charlotte facility.

Requirements

10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
Background in food, beverage, nutraceutical, pharma, or other regulated manufacturing
Proven experience running manufacturing operations or a full facility
Strong understanding of GMP-compliant environments
Hands-on leadership style; comfortable being on-site daily
Bachelors degree preferred (Engineering, Operations, or related)
