Director of Marketing - Multifamily

The Director of Marketing - Multifamily will be responsible for building and managing the marketing function for Gaines Investment Trust's 8,300 apartment units across 32 communities. The role will involve taking over pay-per-click advertising, internet listing accounts, and social media from an outside agency, as well as updating property websites and managing online reviews. The Director will also be responsible for driving cost per lead down and lease volume up, and will need to be able to prove both with numbers. The role requires a hands-on approach to marketing, with experience in pay-per-click advertising, web design, social media, and internet listing contracts.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Director of Marketing - Multifamily will include taking over pay-per-click advertising, bringing internet listing accounts back under company control, owning Google Ads accounts for every community, driving cost per lead down and lease volume up, building social media for properties from zero, updating property websites, managing one marketing budget for the whole portfolio, negotiating internet listing contracts, tracking every lead, and owning the company brand.
