The Westin Tempe is looking for a Director of Marketing to join our amazing Team! At The Westin Tempe, you'll join a property at an exciting inflection point—two major new restaurant concepts opening, a rooftop that defines the Tempe skyline, and a team that brings the energy of a city that never stops.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive marketing experience in hotel, hospitality, or restaurant environments; combined hotel/F&B experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success launching or marketing food and beverage concepts—from casual dining to upscale experiential brands.
  • Strong command of digital marketing channels: SEO, PPC, paid social, display advertising, email marketing, and metasearch.
