This leadership role will drive the vision, positioning, and storytelling of a multi-faceted organization spanning luxury hospitality, elite sporting events, dining, retail, and immersive guest experiences.
What You Will Do
Lead enterprise-wide marketing and brand strategy across multiple business lines, elevate brand positioning and guest engagement through integrated marketing initiatives, drive storytelling, innovation, and growth across digital, media, events, and experiential channels, partner closely with executive leadership to align brand strategy with long-term business objectives, build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team.

Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing and brand leadership experience
- Experience within luxury hospitality, destination, sports, or experiential brands preferred
- Proven success leading integrated marketing strategies for complex organizations
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and executive presence
- Equine industry experience is highly preferred
