Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience across multiple disciplines (content, digital, creative, campaigns).
  • Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools in real marketing workflows.
  • Strong graphic design skills and ability to produce professional assets independently.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong editorial eye.
  • Experience managing freelancers or external creative vendors.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and optimize accordingly.
  • Self-starter with high ownership mentality.
