Role OverviewThe Director of Marketing will lead the strategy, execution, and performance of integrated marketing and communications initiatives that advance Vivent Health's mission, strengthen its brand, and drive engagement across key audiences. This role will be a Hybrid (onsite/offsite) role working out of one of the following locations: Denver, CO, Austin, TX, St. Louis, MO, Chicago, IL, or Milwaukee, WI.
What You Will Do

The Director of Marketing will oversee the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals. They will also lead integrated campaigns spanning digital, social, email, advertising, public relations, website, and print communications.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive marketing and communications leadership experience, preferably within healthcare, public health, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience leading and developing people; fostering a collaborative, mission driven team environment that supports high quality care and community impact
