Role Overview

The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing Aruza Pest Control's overall marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role will lead the company's marketing efforts across digital, creative, performance, CRM, analytics, and strategic partnerships while ensuring a consistent and compelling Aruza brand experience.

Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies, leading digital marketing efforts, owning and strengthening the Aruza brand, managing creative services, developing performance marketing programs, leading lead generation efforts, managing marketing technology, and analyzing marketing performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience
  • Experience managing performance marketing and customer acquisition programs
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, marketing automation, SEO/SEM, paid media, and analytics
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating measurable ROI
  • Experience leading teams and managing agencies, vendors, and external partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Experience in a multi-location, service-based, consumer, home services, pest control, or similarly fast-growing business
