Role OverviewThe Director of Marketing serves as the strategic architect and revenue catalyst for the Memorial Stadium transformation, leading integrated marketing initiatives that drive premium seating sales, season ticket revenue, and donor engagement.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for premium seating products and season ticket packages, lead campaign planning and timeline management, design lead generation strategies across digital and traditional channels, and establish and monitor performance metrics.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5–7 years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrated success in revenue-generating roles
- Experience in collegiate athletics, professional sports, or live entertainment preferred
- Expert proficiency in marketing automation and email platforms
- Strong digital advertising capabilities across search, social, and programmatic
- Working knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and ticketing platforms
- Strong business acumen connecting marketing activity to revenue outcomes
