Join the Sleep Fitness Movement at Eight Sleep, a company redefining what it means to be well-rested through optimal sleep technology. As the Director of Mechanical Engineering, you will lead the development of complex electromechanical products and manage a team of engineers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience developing consumer electronics products from concept to production
  • 2+ years managing mechanical engineers
  • Deep knowledge of injection molding, electronics/sensor integration, and mechanism design
  • Proficiency with thermal engineering, fluid systems, actuators, and soft goods
  • Experience scaling products to high volume production in Asia
  • Expertise in DFM/DFA, tolerance analysis, and GD&T
  • BSME or equivalent
  • Willingness and ability to travel to China as needed
