The Director of Mediation and EEO will manage the mediation program, serve as the agency's Equal Employment Opportunity officer, and handle a moderately sized mediation docket of cases. The position requires admission to the New York State Bar and four years of recent full-time responsible, relevant, satisfactory legal experience subsequent to admission to any bar, with 18 months of supervision experience.
