Role OverviewThe Director of Basketball Operations oversees the daily operational management of the Oral Roberts Men's Basketball program, serving as the program's chief administrator and ensuring every aspect of the team's operations is executed with excellence, organization, and efficiency.
What You Will Do
Direct the day-to-day administrative operations of the men's basketball program, manage the annual operating budget, plan and execute team travel arrangements, serve as the primary liaison with academic support services, and work collaboratively with the Athletic Compliance Office.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in collegiate athletics operations
- Strong organizational, administrative, and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
- Strong financial management and budgeting experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and athletic department software systems
- Working knowledge of NCAA rules and Division I athletics
