Job Description
Reporting to the Vice President, Mission Operations, the Director, Mission Operations provides strategic leadership to Regional/State/Area Executive Directors, Program Directors, field employees and volunteers regarding fiscal responsibility, victim services oversight, capacity building, public policy support, underage drinking prevention, fund development and staff & volunteer management.

Requirements

  • 7 - 9 years of progressively responsible operational experience, including at least three years in management.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience with non-profit/cause-related organizations preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of and proven track record to create strategies to increase fundraising and achieve and or exceed financial goals.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop and convey thoughts clearly, logically, and concisely both orally and in writing, using appropriate grammar, and command of the English language.
  • Ability to work both independently and with others to resolve issues and maintain composure and professionalism in an environment of changing and/or multiple priorities.
  • Must have exceptional internal and external customer service focus.
