Job Description
Technical Director responsible for Test Development Engineering for company’s products, working closely with design, validation, and systems engineering teams, and key technology and manufacturing suppliers.

Requirements

  • BSEE/MSEE or related fields and 10+ years related experience
  • Expertise in test program development on the Advantest V93000 (93k) and/or Teradyne UltraFLEX tester platforms
  • Experience in mixed-signal ATE test development for complex SOC devices with high-speed ADC, DAC and SerDes
  • Solid understanding of Scan, MBIST and loop-back test methodologies
