Job Description
Technical Director, Test Development Engineering responsible for driving complete mixed-signal ATE solutions, defining strategy and methodologies, and building a team.

Requirements

  • BSEE/MSEE or related fields and 10+ years related experience.
  • Expertise in test program development on the Advantest V93000 (93k) and/or Teradyne UltraFLEX tester platforms.
  • Experience in mixed-signal ATE test development for complex SOC devices with high-speed ADC, DAC and SerDes.
  • Solid understanding of Scan, MBIST and loop-back test methodologies.
  • Familiarity with test bench equipment such as Network Analyzers and Sampling Oscilloscopes.
  • Hands-on at speed wafer probe experience strongly desired.
  • Experience with schematic capture, PCB layout, and 2D/3D CAD software.
