Role OverviewAs the Director of Operations & Maintenance Facilities, you will guide our Architecture Business Group's strategy, delivery, and growth in the O&M facilities market with a focus on municipal, civic, federal or similar clients. You will collaborate closely with our O&M Facilities Business Class leadership and multidisciplinary design teams across the company to drive revenue, foster innovation, and advance best practices that keep our organization competitive.
What You Will Do
Your time will be dedicated to engaging with clients to deeply understand their operational requirements and leading internal coordination across design, planning, and business functions. You will help deliver O&M facility projects that are functional, sustainable, and strategically positioned for long term adaptability.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or closely related field
- A minimum of 12 years industry experience including leadership
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong skills in client management, client development and a documented history of growing/leading a practice
- Strong business skills; specifically handling budgets, staff and operational issues
- Strong ability to analyze the marketplace and strategically position HDR
