Director of Network Infrastructure

The Director of Network Infrastructure and Security will oversee the design, planning, implementation, and management of the organization's network infrastructure with a primary focus on Cisco. This role will be responsible for a team of 4 Technical staff and will require 24x7 support and coverage across all DOC operations and facilities in the City of NY.

The main day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing a team of 4 Technical staff, managing the organization's network infrastructure, and providing 24x7 support and coverage across all DOC operations and facilities.

Requirements

• 5 plus years of experience overseeing staff supporting, maintaining, configuring and installing Cisco network routers and switches in a very large, distributed environment.
• 3 plus years of individual experience supporting, maintaining, configuring and installing Cisco network equipment.
• Cisco and Checkpoint Certifications Required.
