Job Description
We have an immediate need for a licensed Director of Nursing (DON) who is seeking a permanent position in a Home Health setting. The DON will provide clinical direction and supervision of clinical staff, oversee the delivery of home health services, and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
  • At least 4 years total nursing experience
  • At least 1 year supervisory experience; home health preferred
  • Licensed as a registered nurse by the State of Texas or compact state
  • Demonstrable management and leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
