Job Description
The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for providing leadership, management, and oversight of all nursing staff as they provide psychiatric care. This position is responsible for providing clinical oversight for the day-to-day operations of the hospital and for teaching and supervising other mental healthcare workers.
