Job Description
This position offers a $110,000+ starting salary, quality-driven bonus structure, and excellent benefits package. The Director of Nursing (DON) will provide overall direction for nursing services, ensuring quality outcomes, survey readiness, and consistent clinical operations.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an active, unencumbered RN license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
  • Minimum of two (2) years of nursing leadership or charge nurse experience
  • Strong working knowledge of CMS, Department of Health, and skilled nursing facility regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and retain nursing staff
  • Working knowledge of resident care planning, MDS processes, and clinical documentation standards
  • Commitment to resident rights, dignity, quality care, and professional conduct
