Role OverviewAs the Director of Nursing, you will lead the Nursing Service Department in a skilled nursing facility, organizing and managing operations to ensure high-quality care for residents. You will work closely with the Administrator and Medical Director to maintain standards of practice and follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies.

Requirements
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- Current CPR or BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a nursing community or related healthcare community
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software
