What You Will Do

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
- Current RN licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility
- Participation in the on-call schedule
- May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
- Strong knowledge of nursing regulations, compliance, and best practices
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing budgets and departmental operations
- Proficiency with electronic health records and healthcare technology
