Requirements
- Current Alabama Registered Nurse license in good standing
- Previous Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, or senior nursing leadership experience
- Skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute care experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and clinical compliance standards
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain successful nursing teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
