Role OverviewThe Director of Nursing plans, organizes, develops and directs community clinical and medication programs in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards. They inform and work collaboratively with the Executive Director regarding clinical concerns and compliance issues. They serve as a clinical resource for community staff.
What You Will Do
Provide nursing care to residents, including health assessments, care plans, medication administration, and resident care. Maintain accurate records and communicate with the Business Office Manager for accurate resident billing.
