Role OverviewThe Director of Nursing is responsible for strategic leadership, program development and implementation, and the overall administration of Nursing Services in accordance with community and resident needs.
What You Will Do
Oversight of the nursing floor, CNAs & LPN and Residents, overseeing and coordinating the clinical operations of the facility, and providing guidance and leadership in meeting the CMS standards of quality.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Valid State licensure as an RN
- Familiar with state & federal regulations
- Must hold and maintain a current CPR certification
- One year of management or supervisory experience in long-term care
- Experience in supervising nursing staff and others for whom they are administratively or professionally responsible
- Proficient in the use of personal computer including Microsoft Office
- Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
- Must have the ability to complete multiple projects
- Capable of working with minimal supervision
- Must be able to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with residents, families, and other employees at all levels
