Requirements
- Current Indiana RN license
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- 1+ year of management experience
- 5 years of geriatric nursing experience preferred
- Working knowledge of MDS, resident assessments, and care plans
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and decision-making skills
- A compassionate, resident-centered leadership style
- A genuine passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
