Provide leadership and oversight to the nursing team, ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards are met, oversee staffing, scheduling, and clinical operations, lead quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing leadership experience
