Role OverviewThe Director of Nursing will be responsible for the coordination of care on all nursing units in a skilled community, ensuring that Senior Lifestyle standards for resident care are met. This role will also oversee the clinical processes/systems in the facility, manage the survey process, and develop a working relationship with professional providers of care.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include ensuring adequate staffing, completing and maintaining reports, chairing/attending meetings, consulting with ADON and Charge Nurse/Unit Manager, and monitoring current health records. The Director of Nursing will also follow up on incidents and issues, ensure quality assurance parameters, and develop a working relationship with professional providers of care.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years of experience in direct resident care, previous experience in a supervisory position, and excellent computer skills.
