Role OverviewAs the Director of Nursing, you will lead the integrated care and wellbeing for the residents of our community, providing clinical oversight, supervision, and quality clinical care of nursing clinical staff.

Provide overall responsibility for clinical oversight, supervision, and quality clinical care of nursing clinical staff, determine proper acceptance of residents into health services, and maintain assessment and service agreement compliance.

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in good standing by the state community is located
- Previous experience in health care leadership, nursing administration or other related experience
- Knowledge of and maintain compliance with all Department of Health Regulations as it pertains to senior living communities with a comprehensive home care license
- Knowledge of Eldermark software a plus, but not necessary
- Excellent supervision, management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate in a mode or manner understood by resident
