The DON will oversee daily clinical operations, lead and supervise clinical staff, ensure compliance with regulations, manage quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives, and support recruitment and staff development.

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted California RN license
- 3–7 years of experience as a DON in a California-licensed home health agency
- BSN from an accredited institution
- Strong knowledge of California home health regulations, CMS Conditions of Participation, and clinical compliance
- Demonstrated experience in clinical leadership, staff supervision, quality improvement, and home health operations
- Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and required automobile insurance, as applicable
