Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Nursing, RN to lead our team at NHC in Glasgow, KY. As a Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for maintaining clinical competency, utilizing the nursing process, and practicing continuous quality improvement thinking. You will also be responsible for managing the nursing department, developing and implementing procedures, and promoting a positive work climate. Requirements

  • Must be an RN (Registered Nurse) and currently licensed in Tennessee
  • Must have professional experience in the practice of geriatrics, nursing administration, and other related areas
  • Must be caring, compassionate, have a positive attitude and be a team player
  • Prior experience as a DON preferred, but not required
  • MUST have Long Term Care experience
