Requirements

• Monitor nursing care to ensure all nursing personnel follow established departmental policies/procedures and evidence-based practice.
• Perform administrative duties as Director of Nursing, including employee performance evaluations, maintaining ongoing nursing competencies, and completing required reports.
• Determine the staffing needs and work assignments of the nursing department necessary to meet the total nursing needs of the residents.
