Role OverviewBidFTA is seeking a Director of Omnichannel Merchandising & Inventory Strategy to own the strategy, presentation, allocation, and monetization of inventory across all customer-facing sales channels. This role sits at the intersection of merchandising, inventory planning, marketing, ecommerce, operations, and customer experience.
What You Will Do
Own omnichannel merchandising strategy, determine optimal channel allocation, develop go-to-market strategies, optimize auction listings, and merchandise homepages and category pages.

Requirements
- 5+ years of merchandising, ecommerce, retail, marketplace, or inventory strategy experience
- Experience managing product catalogs, category structures, assortment planning, and digital merchandising
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization and customer experience best practices
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, inventory, and development teams
- Shopify experience strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Experience in liquidation, closeout, off-price retail, auction, or marketplace environments is a plus
