Role OverviewThe Construction Director of Operations will oversee the day-to-day activities of construction operations, responsible for translating the company's strategic growth plans into an actionable operational plan. This position will lead a team and be responsible for the identification, acquisition, and profitable completion of projects to meet division goals.
What You Will Do
Provide daily leadership of the team, support client relations, develop new clients, and oversee project teams to ensure timely and budget completion. Conduct performance evaluations, handle discipline and termination, and review project safety efforts, schedules, and accounting.
