Role OverviewThe Director of Operations Home Health will serve as the local chief executive agent, leading the local provider(s) in a better way to care for the community in which it serves, and contribute to the overall success of the company. Ensure the execution of operations are completed daily. Manage operations, services, personnel performance, and office management ongoing.

Requirements
- Must be a licensed physician, registered nurse, or possess a bachelor degree.
- Must have demonstrated experience in health service administration with at least one year in a supervisory or administrative capacity.
- Must not have been employed in the last year as an administrator with another operation at the time any enforcement action was taken against the business;
- Must have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the federal, state and local laws and regulatory guidelines that govern the operation of a home care office.
- Must have intermediate demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
- Must possess a valid state driver license
- Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
- Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
- Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
