The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in a health-related field and two years' experience as a manager or supervisor. They will also have intermediate demonstrated technology skills, including the operation of a mobile device. A licensed physician, registered nurse, licensed social worker, licensed therapist, or a licensed nursing home administrator is preferred.
